Bates Stirrup Leathers have been developed with rider comfort and safety in mind. They are extremely supple and slimline, featuring a stainless steel riveted buckle design, reducing the thickness of leather under the rider’s leg, eliminating any interference, while the webbing core ensures they will not stretch and cause unevenness.
The luxe leather finish on these Webbers matches the leather on the Bates Luxe range of saddles.
Bates leather webbers are stirrup straps made without buckles. They have a loop that attaches the Webber to the stirrup bar, reducing the lump under your thigh and giving you closer contact with your horse. Having just a single thickness stirrup leather removes excess bulk and interference with your leg, allowing clear and accurate leg aids. These Webbers are made to match Bates saddles and have a web core to ensure they do not stretch.

The problem of the buckle bulge can be very uncomfortable for the rider. The comfort buckle has a recessed pin bar which enables the buckle to lay flat against the stirrup bar reducing discomfort.

These stirrup leathers are super soft, non-stretch, and wrapped in calfskin with a nylon webbing centre for extra strength. They are plated at the top instead of stitched to allow the skirt of the saddle to sit flat, offering ultimate comfort under your leg and are suitable for any discipline with any saddle. These leathers feature 25 holes with 1/2" spacing for precision adjustment.
These stirrup leathers are available in sizes 48", 50", 52", 54", 56" & 58" with stainless steel buckles. (48" come with 20 holes)
