Question

How can I purchase a saddle from David Dyer Saddles?

Answer

General Advice

Whether you are having a saddle fitting appointment or buying online please take a moment to read through our saddle fitting notes to help you through the process.

a) Purchases via Saddle Fitting

Once you have decided you would like to purchase a new saddle from David Dyer Saddles, please fill in the booking form on our website so that an appointment request is raised with either the independent saddle fitters or Hayley who deals with Davids Diary. Appointments are now only available at your yard as we no longer have facilities to offer saddle fitting at our new premises.

If a new saddle has to be ordered then a 50% deposit will be taken on the day. This is non-refundable should you change your mind about having the saddle.

B) Internet or Telephone

All saddles can be purchased from David Dyer Saddles either online via Barclay EDPQ, Omni Capital Retail Finance or over the phone by credit card (please note we can only despatch to the card holders address for security reasons). It is advisable to contact us by phone prior to ordering a saddle so that we can ensure that you are purchasing the correct saddle for your needs.

All saddles must be paid for in full. David Dyer Saddles appreciate that you need to ensure a correct fit but we ask that you do this with a thin cloth and only lightly girth the saddle up.

If the saddle is returned soiled or "worn" in anyway we reserve the right to make a deduction to the value of the refund.

C) Special Order/Template Saddles

These saddles are payable in full via the internet and at least 50% from a fitting. This is non-refundable as a personalised service. All special order saddles are not able to be cancelled once the order is placed.

Please read terms and conditions for further information.
