What you need to know
Return Process: Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of the bridle. Please package them securely to prevent damage. Keep the original packing until you decide to keep the bridle or not. If the item is not returned in it's original or suitable packaging, there may be a reduction in the amount refunded.
Refund Policy: If you decide to return your bridle it will be inspected upon receipt. Excessive wear or damage that occurred during the trial period may result in further reductions to the refund.
Exchanges: Depending on what we have available you may have received a brand new version of your bridle or our demo one.
Returns Label: Opt for a hassle-free return - we can send a Royal Mail returns label for £6.00. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
Late Returns: Any returns received outside of the trial period will incur a fee of £2 per day.
