Return Process: Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of the bank items. Please package them securely to prevent damage. Keep the original packing until you decide to keep the bank items or not. If the item is not returned in it's original or suitable packaging, there may be a reduction in the amount refunded.
Refund Policy: If you decide to return your Bank items they will be inspected upon receipt. Excessive wear or damage that occurred during the trial period may result in further reductions to the refund.
Exchanges: Depending on what we have available you may have received a brand new version of your bank item or our demo one.Exchange the returned Bank Item for a brand new version and you only need to pay for the cost of the trial.The new item will ship once the trial cost is paid or when the item is in stock. If you are ordering custom items lead times will be provided.If you are not happy with your first Bank Item and wish to try something else or a different size, you will have one postage free exchange and any additional exchange after that will be subject to delivery costs.
Returns Label: Opt for a hassle-free return - we can send a Royal Mail returns label for £6.00. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
Late Returns: Any returns received outside of the trial period will incur a fee of £2 per day.
