Simply change the width of the saddle head by changing the gullet in the head of the tree. An easy to use measuring system for selecting the correct size gullet for your horse. The gullet gauge can be used to monitor the fit of a saddle over a horse's wither. This monitoring process should be performed every 3 to 6 months or when the type of work a horse is doing changes.
