Bomber Blue Loose Ring

The Bombers Blue Loose Ring by Bomber bits a unique bit and as a result produces amazing results for the majority of horses.
Ported for tongue relief and very light, can be made with your choice of cheek piece.
The lightweight rubber nylon compound Bombers Blue mouthpiece from Bombers Bits is ported for tongue relief. This reduces tongue pressure, while applying pressure to the bars of the mouth.
This bit may be suitable for horses with large tongues, who find straight bar bits uncomfortable.
The loose rings ensure that the bit remains mobile in the horse’s mouth, further promoting gentle mouthing and salivation. They also allow pressure to be released instantly when the rein aids are relaxed, thus promptly rewarding a correct response to commands.

Noteworthy: Due to the nature of the material, it can easily be marked by teeth and the lifetime guarantee is not applicable to these bits if used.

Bomber Elliptical Loose Ring

The Elliptical Loose Ring Roller is made of brass or sweet iron, which is designed to heighten the horses awareness of the bit.
When the rein is used this mouthpiece wraps across the tongue creating tongue pressure and reducing bar pressure.
Please note appearances may be deceiving, this bit joint is stronger than the control plate as pressure is more concentrated on the tongue.
This snaffle bit from Bombers Bits has a 45mm lozenge. This is designed to help the horse to mouth the bit and comfortably relax his jaw. The double joints remove the nutcracker action, as the bit stays in a curved shape, following the contours of the horse’s mouth. Therefore the bar and palette pressure associated with single-jointed bits is removed.

The Loose Ring allows for immediate release and relief from tongue and bar pressure which will reset the bit in the horses’ mouth.

Happy Tongue Loose Ring

Bombers Bit Happy Tongue Loose Ring is a great bit for a horse shaking its head. Bombers created this bit for horses who shake their head when bit pressure is applied. The Happy Tongue would be a good place to start if your horse is:

• Shaking its head
• Sticking its tongue out
• Sucking its tongue back and as a result making an intermittent coughing noise
• Trying to put its tongue over the bit
• Going behind the bit to avoid the contact
• Snatching the reins forward and down

With this in mind the Happy Tongue was created, it has a medium port creating space for the tongue, relieving pressure, allowing the horse to relax.
Hence, Happy Tongue is a solid mouth piece. It is curved and ported to give tongue relief.
